What's Our Story?

Clint began a home service company in the Spring of 2016. The passion he had for providing a world class customer experience came at a great cost being an owner operator. Sleepless nights, constantly talking to clients, and dedicating his life to his home service company took a great deal of effort. He realized that he was able to produce a massive amount of revenue per hour when he was working but once he was on the phone, texting, or emailing clients – the revenue went to $0/hr. Quickly, Clint found out he needed to delegate these tasks. But how do you hire a full-time receptionist and afford a salary to someone when you are a start up business? It’s almost impossible.

That’s where OnCall came into play. He decided there had to be a cheaper option than the industry average, $48,000+ annual salary for a full-time receptionists. Clint understood that most owner operators were unable to afford a full time receptionist so this became his mission to design a program that would cost upwards of 90% LESS than a full time receptionist while delivering even higher quality customer service.
